Life in Laguna Beach Victoria Beach Victoria Beach is home to the 60 foot tower known as the “Pirate Tower” which was originally built in 1926. At that time, it led up to a private home. There are always tons of people here taking pictures. Here are a few of the shots I took last time I was there. It’s such a beautiful beach and it’s wonderful that the tower is still standing for us all to enjoy.
